Tourtiere



Ingredients:

1 lbs ground Beef
3 lbs ground pork
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp allspice
1 large onion diced
1 raw potato peeled and diced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Method:

·    Add all ingredients together and brown
·    Cover with water and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or until the liquid is almost all gone
·    Cool completely before adding to the pie crust
