Vinaigre pour Bettraves

Ingredients:

1 cup vinegar

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

Method:

·    Bring all ingredients to a boil and poor over the cooked, peeled, beets that are in mason jars and seal.

You can add cloves to the recipe for added flavour
