Macaron au Chocolat



Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup saltana raisins or coconut

Method:
·    In a medium sauce pot warm milk, butter, cocoa, sugar, and vanilla. (do not let boil)
·    Fold in coconut or raisins and rolled oats and cook out for a few minutes
·    Spoon out onto parchment paper and let cool
