Carre de Guimauve aux Chocolat et Noix

 
Ingredients:

2 oz squares of dark chocolate melted
2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup walnuts
1 egg beaten
1 bag small marshmallows
1 cup sweet coconut shredded
 
Method:

·    In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together
·    On a large sheet of parchment paper pour out mixture and form a log
·    Roll tightly and chill for a few ours until set
·    Slice into discs when needed

Your can freeze this dessert into smaller portions and thaw what is needed
