Sauce a L'Erable

Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter

1 cup maple syrup

t tbsp flour

½ cup milk

Method:

·    Place all ingredients in a small sauce pot

·    Whisk together well and bring to a boil

·    Reduce to a thick syrup consistency
