Mocha Roll


Ingredients:

4 eggs
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup flour
1 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cup milk
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding

Method:

·    In large bowl whisk eggs while slowly adding sugar 
·    Sift and fold in flour, baking powder and salt
·    Spread out on a line baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes at 400f
·    Remove from the baking sheet and let cool covered with a damp dish cloth
·    In a separate bowl whisk milk and pudding together and spread over the cooled cake
·    Grabbing from the short end roll the cake and pudding slowly to form a log
·    Place on a tray and refrigerate over night
·    Dust with icing sugar and slice crosswise 


Change the filling to anything you wish, use a fruit compote, strawberry mouse ect...
