Crepes Canadiennes


Ingredients:

3 cups flour
3 egg whites
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
milk to thin

Method:

·    Whisk egg whites to soft peaks and reserve
·    Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add milk to thin out the mix
·    Fold in egg whites

Your batter should be thin
