Ingredients:

¼ cups flour sifted

tsp salt

large apple

small onion grated
Method:
·
Peel and grate the potatoes, season with salt, let rest for 15 minutes
and squeeze and drain out all the liquid
·
Add the remaining ingredients and form into patties
·
Fry in and skillet with butter or oil
