Pain aux Bananes


Ingredients:

1 ½ cups A/P flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ cup sugar
½ cup nuts
2 eggs
1/3 cup golden corn syrup
1 cup ripe bananas

Method:

  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  • Mix all wet ingredients together in a another bowl
  • Fold the wet ingredients into dry and place in a well greased, floured loaf pan
  • Bake at 350f for 50 to 60 minutes
  • Once cooled wrap in foil and let rest for 12 hours, it will taste better the next day

 I've added dates to mine, feel free to add anything to yours
