Ingredients:

cups apple juice
¾
cups sugar
Method:

In a medium sized sauce pan bring apple juice to a boil for about 5
minutes
·
Slowly add sugar in small amount and gently mix but to not whisk
·
Bring to a boil and let boil until large drops form from your spoon
·
Pour while still hot into sterilized jars and let cool
This recipe can be changed with any kind of juice. You will
just need to adjust the sugar
