Gateau Eponge


Ingredients:

3 large whole eggs
2 cups a/p
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1½ cup sugar
½ cup cold water
½ tsp almond extract
½ tsp vanilla

Method:

·    Mix all ingredients together and place in a sponge cake pan with only the bottom greased
·    Cook for 30 minutes at 350f
·    Let cool then take out of the mold
