Galettes Blanche



Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
3¼ a/p
3 whole eggs beaten
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
corn flakes for rolling

Method:

·    Cream butter and sugar together and add eggs and beat to ribbon state (it should look light and fluffy)
·    Mix together all dry ingredients and add to butter mix
·    Add vanilla, and milk
·    Form into balls and crush in corn flakes
·    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350f
