Biscuit au Chocolat a la Cuillere



Ingredients:

1½ cups cake flour sifted
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
3 oz chocolate un-sweeten melted
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup walnuts chopped
¾ cup raisins

Method:

·    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and set aside
·    Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
·    Add eggs and chocolate and mix well
·    Stir in milk, vanilla, nuts and raisins
·    Cover and refrigerate for one hour
·    Heat oven at 350f and spoon the batter on a lined baking sheet (roughly 2oz sized portions) and bake for 12 to 15 minutes
